The online notifications are fine. As mentioned people shouldn't be able to leave EVE at all. But they can, you can be hunting someone and poof they have disappeared from the universe. This a seriously overpowered defence mechanic. But obviously...

This suggestion does in no way promote role diversification in EVE. With the current bubbles you need still need a few dedicated tacklers in gang to rush in and scram. This would no longer be necessary.
